1. Real estate transaction reporting period reduced to 30 days
New regulations come into effect on Feb 21

The reporting period for real estate transactions will be reduced from 60 days to 30 days starting from the 21st of next month.

Under the revised Real Estate Transaction Reporting Act, the reporting period for real estate transactions has been reduced from the date of signing the contract.

Cancellations and invaliditions of the contract must also be reported within 30 days of the fixed date.

The new rules apply to all real estate transactions occurring after the 21st of next month, and a maximum fine of 5 million won will be imposed for any violations.

1. 내달 21일부터 부동산 거래신고 30일로 단축

다음달 21일부터
부동산 거래 신고기한이 60일에서 30일로 단축됩니다.

개정된 부동산거래신고 등에 관한 법률에 따르면
부동산 거래신고 기간이
계약 체결 일로부터 60일에서 30일 이내로 단축됐습니다.

또 부동산 계약 해제와 무효, 취소의 경우에도
확정된 날로부터
30일 이내에 신고해야 합니다.

달라진 규정은
다음달 21일 이후 발생하는 모든 부동산 거래에 대해 적용되며
30일 이내 신고하지 않으면
500만 원 이하 과태료가 부과됩니다.
