5. Han Seong-bok recognized as holder of intangible cultural asset
“The Song Sung While Trimming Anchovies” is Intangible Cultural Property

Han Seong-bok, who handed down the gift of the song called "The Song Sung While Trimming Anchovies," which is the 11th Intangible Cultural Property of Jeju, was recognized as a holder of an intangible cultural asset.

The province announced that Han Seong-bok, who learned the original form of the song from her late mother, has been designated as a new intangible cultural asset.

In addition, Seo Soon-sil, who has been actively passing down cultural assets since being given a series of cultural treasures from the late Lee Joong-choon (이중춘), has been selected as a candidate for the 13th Jeju Grand Gut (굿).

The government also plans to identify the holders of two other cultural assets, Gosori-sul (고소리술) and Deoksu-ri (덕수리) craft, which have yet to be associated to an owner.

5. '멸치후리는 노래' 한성복, 무형문화재 보유자 인정

무형문화재 보유자로 인정됐습니다.

제주도는
어머니인 고 김경성 보유자로부터
자연스럽게 멸치후리는 노래의 원형을 체득하고
전승에 기여하고 있는 한성복 씨를
새로운 무형문화재 보유자로 인정한다고 고시했습니다.

이와함께
무형문화재 제13호 제주큰굿에 대해서는
고 이중춘 심방으로부터 전수받은 뒤
다양한 전승활동을 펼치고 있는 서순실 씨를
보유자로 인정 예고했습니다.

제주도는 보유자가 없는 고소리술과
덕수리 불미공예 2개 공목에 대해서도
심의를 거쳐 보유자를 인정할 계획입니다.
