3. Private development plans for the urban park
Hoban -Cheil construction receives first priority in negotiations

The provincial government has selected bidders for the development of long delayed urban parks. The parks were originally scheduled to be terminated in August of this year.

The selected companies will build park facilities and public housing by purchasing lands that have been dedicated as park sites.

In the proposal for public housing, the companies plan to build a total of 1,630 units at the Ohdeungbong (오등봉) park, and 796 units in the Joongbu (중부) park by 2025.

The provincial government also plans to conduct negotiations after reviewing the validity of the company's proposals by May and conclude an agreement by March next year.


3. 도시공원 민간특례, 호반 - 제일건설 우선협상 선정 (번역가)

제주특별자치도가
내년 8월 일몰 (sunset) 되는 장기미집행 도시공원의
민간특례사업 추진에 따른 우선협상대상자를 선정했습니다.

이들 업체는
부지에 편입된 사유지를 매입해 공원시설을 조성한 뒤
기부채납하고 (기부채납 = land donation)
나머지 부지에 대해 공동주택을 짓게 됩니다.

이번 제안서에서 오는 2025년까지
호반건설은 오등봉 공원 일대에 15층, 1천 630세대를,
제일건설은 중부공원에
15층, 796세대를 공급한다는 계획을 제시했습니다.

제주도는
업체에서 제안한 내용에 대한 타당성을 검토해
오는 5월까지 협상을 진행하고
내년 3월까지는 협약을 체결한다는 계획입니다.
