3. Province installs more thermal surveillance cameras
More manpower hired at airport, harbors for coronavirus prevention

As the outbreak of the novel coronavirus becomes increasingly dangerous, more thermal surveillance cameras have been installed at the airport and harbors.

In order to proactively respond to the coronavirus crisis, the provincial government announced yesterday that two thermal surveillance cameras have been installed at the domestic flight arrival hall of Jeju Airport and more manpower has been supplied.

The government has also installed cameras at the arrival halls of the Jeju domestic coast guard terminal and the cruise terminal.

The province plans to hire 2 to 3 inspectors per camera to interview every passenger with a body temperature of 37.5C or higher.

제주도는
신종 코로나 사태에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해
2일 제주공항 국내선 도착장에도 열감시 카메라 2대를 설치하고
총 8명의 인력을 지원하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.

이어 제주 국내연안여객터미널과 크루즈터미널 도착장에도
각각 열감시 카메라 1대씩 설치를 완료했습니다.

카메라 당 2-3명의 근무인력을 투입해
체온 37.5도 이상자에 대해 인적사항 문의와
의료기관 진료 안내, 이송 조치등을 취할 예정입니다.
