3. Second auction of Iho amusement park canceled
Boonma Land required to pay back \11B in debt

The court auction for the Iho amusement park has been canceled.

According to the Jeju provincial government, Boonma Land, the operator of the amusement park, agreed on the 7th to pay back the entire 11 billion won of unpaid construction fees to its creditor within 45 days.

The second auction for the park, originally scheduled for the 10th, has also been canceled, with Boonma Land making promises to satisfy the debt obligations.

The construction company, which was the former creditor of the construction fees, applied for an auction of 46,000 square meters of the property for unpaid bills, and the first auction last year sold 3,300 square meters for 2.4 billion won.

제주도에 따르면
이호유원지 사업자인 분마랜드는
지난 7일, 채권자인 모 건설사에
미지급 공사대금 110억 여 원 전액을
45일 내로 상환하기로 합의했습니다.

대금 채무 이행을 약속하면서
당초 10일 예정됐던
이호유원지 사업부지에 대한
2차 경매도 취소됐습니다.

공사대금 채권자였던
해당 건설사는 대금 미지급을 이유로
사업부지 4만 6천여 제곱미터에 대해
경매를 신청했고, 지난해 1차 경매에서
3천 3백여 제곱미터가 24억 여 원에 낙찰됐습니다.
