4. Province offers subsidies to COVID-19 patients
Eligible applicants can receive up to \450,000

The province will subsidize living expenses for island residents who have been quarantined or hospitalized due to COVID-19.

According to the province, an eligible applicant can receive up to 450,000 won. Proof of quarantine or treatment must be provided from the health center, and the patient must undergo a full 14 days of quarantine.

However, individuals who receive paid leave are not eligible to receive the support. The subsidy amount will also be prorated for patients who were in quarantine for less than 14 days.

Community service centers are currently receiving applications.

코로나19 격리·입원자에 '생활비' 지원

코로나19로 인한 격리 또는 입원한 도민에 대해 생활비가 지원됩니다.

제주특별자치도는
보건소로부터 격리, 입원치료 통지를 받고
14일 이상 격리하며
감염병 예방 조치를 이행한 경우
가구원 1명당 45만 원 가량을 지원하기로 했습니다.

다만 격리나 입원으로 인해 유급휴가 비용을 받은 경우
생활비 지원 대상에서 제외되며
14일 미만으로 격리됐다면 지원비가 차감됩니다.

지원을 원하는 도민은 읍면동사무소로 신청하면 됩니다.
