2. Province to fully deploy resources to prepare for COVID-19
Will secure over 490 beds for negative pressure rooms

The province is planning to fully deploy every resource on the island, including manpower and facilities, to prepare for the spread of COVID-19.

The province ordered Jeju National University Hospital, Jeju Medical Center and Seogwipo Medical Center, which are designated institutions for infectious diseases, to secure 464 beds to use in negative pressure rooms and isolation rooms.

Mobile negative pressure equipment will also be installed in 33 beds at JNUH to increase capacity.

The province will reinforce the cooperative system with local medical institutions and share all relevant information concerning the COVID-19 crisis.

모두 464병상을 단계적으로 확보하고 소개 명령을 내렸습니다.

또 제주대학교 병원 33개 일반 병상에
이동식 음압기를 설치해 음압병상을 확충할 계획입니다.

제주도는 도내 의료기관과
코로나19 대응상황 등을 공유 하는 등 협조 체계를 강화할 방침입니다.
