6. Kindergartens and elementary schools to operate emergency care systems
System designed to reduce burden on working families

In an effort to lower the burden on working parents, kindergartens and elementary schools will operate emergency child care services. The policy is in response to all schools being delayed by COVID-19.

The admission age of the emergency child care service class will be limited to third grade or lower, and the service will run from 9 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

In the mornings and afternoons, teachers and caregivers will be in charge of individual activities and meals will be provided.

The education agency is also accepting additional applications for families who were not able to apply on time.

6. 개학 연기로 유치원·초등학생 긴급돌봄 실시

코로나19 사태로 개학이 연기되면서
맞벌이 부부 등의 자녀 양육 부담을 덜기 위해
유치원과 초등학교에서 긴급 돌봄반을 운영합니다.

긴급 돌봄반 대상은
올해 입학 예정자나 초등학교 3학년까지 저학년이며
오전 9시부터 오후 5시까지 운영됩니다.

오전과 오후에는 교사와 돌봄 전담사가 투입돼
개별 활동 위주의 프로그램을 운영하며 급식도 제공됩니다.

교육당국은 미쳐 신청하지 못한 가정을 위해
추가 신청도 접수하고 있습니다.
