1. Disinfection of call centers intensified
Large number of infections confirmed at a call center in Seoul
The provincial government is intensifying their disinfection of workplaces where many employees are working.
This is in response to a large number of COVID-19 infections at a call center in Seoul.
120 Mandeok Call Center is operated by the local government. It is increasing the number of disinfections from once a week to twice a week. The call center is checking body temperatures three times per day. The workers are checked when they are arriving for work, after going to lunch, and as they are leaving their office for the day.
The province is asking other call centers operated by private companies to intensify measures to prevent the infection. These measures include wearing masks, measuring body temperatures, and strengthening disinfection.
