5. Credit guarantee processing period reduced to 3 days
Size of emergency fund increased to ￦300B

Due to increase in applicants, the Jeju provincial government has decided to curtail the process of issuing a credit guarantee certificate for special cases.

The provincial government announced that they will adopt a rapid screening system for small loan guarantee certificates applied for by small business enterprises affected by COVID-19.

In accordance with the new system, the provincial government will shorten the processing period of the certificate from two weeks to three days and also expand the number of issuances from 70 up to 210 per day.

The special guarantee fund is also being expanded to 300 billion won from the original 100 billion won.

코로나19 여파에 따른
각종 특례 보증 처리기간이 대폭 단축됩니다.

제주도는 코로나19로 피해를 본
소상공인과 중소기업들이 신청한
소액보증 신속심사 제도를 도입한다고 밝혔습니다.

이에따라
특례보증서 발급에 대한 처리 기간을
기존 14일에서 3일까지로 단축하고
발급 건수도 하루 70건에서 210건까지 확대할 방침입니다.

이와함께 특별보증 재원도
당초 1천억 원 규모에서
3천억 원까지 확대한다는 계획입니다.
