3. 'Good landlord' movement spreads in Seogwipo
Various landlords reducing rent and management costs

A 'good landlord' movement is gaining momentum in Seogwipo city. The movement is helping small business owners and self-employed people who are suffering from the financial fallout of COVID-19.

Seogwipo City Merchants Association joined the Good Landlord Movement and decided to cut rent by 10%.

The number of landlords participating in the good landlord movement in Seogwipo Olle market increased by 6 landlords. Thus, 12 additional stores will benefit from the Good Landlord practice of lower rental rates.

The Maeil Olle Trader Association is reducing management costs for each store by 20 ~ 30% until the COVID19 situation is over.

12개 점포 임대료가 인하될 것으로 알려졌습니다.

한편, 이와 별도로 매일올레시장상인회는
코로나19 상황이 종료될 때까지
점포별 관리비를 20~30% 감면키로 했습니다.
