6. Rents of companies in Jeju Science Park to be lowered by 20%

Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) is lowering rents for the companies in Jeju Science Park.

JDC made the decision as part of the good landlord movement. The good landlord movement is a campaign that is promoting the reduction of rental fees for leases to minimize the economic damage by COVID-19.

The rental fees for 82 companies located at JDC Elite Building, Smart Building, and Semiyang Building in Jeju Science Park are being lowered by 20% for 6 months from April until September.

다음달부터 9월까지
6개월 동안 임대료의 20%를 인하합니다.
