1. Temperature testing available at national airports
Testing being done using heat sensitive cameras throughout country

Pre-departure temperature tests are being conducted at all airports in Korea. The temperature tests are checking for suspected COVID-19 patients at an earlier stage.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport is accepting a request to operate a heat-sensitive camera at all airports throughout the country.

Korea Airports Corporation (KAC) announced that they are preparing to operate heat-sensitive cameras at all airport departure sites.

Jeju Island says they will provide equipment and personnel to Jeju Airport in order to check temperatures for passengers departing from Jeju to other regions.

국토교통부가 받아들였다고 밝혔습니다.

이에따라 한국공항공사가
공항 출발장에 발열 감지 카메라 운영을 시행하기 위한
준비에 들어갔다고 설명했습니다.

제주도는
제주공항에서 다른 지역으로 출발하는 승객들을 대상으로
발열 체크를 할 수 있도록
장비와 인력을 지원할 방침이라고 덧붙였습니다.
