3. Opinion poll results on National Assembly Election banned from release
100 violations of reported

Opinion poll results are not allowed to be made public beginning April 9th through the National Assembly election day.

The Jeju office of the National Election Commission has banned opinion poll results on political parties or candidates from being released through 6 PM, April 15.

However, opinion polls done by April 8th can be made public or quoted and reported through the election day.

As of April 7, around 100 violations of opinion poll rules have been found. The violations include 23 legal accusations, 1 investment request, 73 warnings and 4 fines.

제주도선거관리위원회는 9일부터 선거일 투표가 끝나는 15일
오후 6시까지, 정당 지지도나 당선인을 예상하게 하는 여론조사 결과를 공표하거나 인용하여 보도할 수 없다고 밝혔습니다.

다만, 8일까지 실시한 여론조사 결과는
이 기간에 공표하거나 인용 보도할 수 있습니다

한편 7일 기준, 21대 총선에서 여론조사 관련 조치 건수는
모두 101건으로, 고발 23건, 수사 의뢰 1건, 경고 등 73건, 과태료 4건입니다.
