2. 'On-site application' for COVID-19 emergency aid starts this week
Almost￦9.5B paid during first four days

Jeju has been receiving online applications for COVID19 disaster emergency living support funding since the 20th, and starting this week the island is also receiving applications in person through community centers.

In order to apply for the emergency funding, residents must bring their identification card, driver's license, or passport.

As with online applications, a five-day system is being applied based on the last digit of the applicant’s year of birth. Anyone can apply online regardless of their birth year on Saturdays and Sundays.

More than 29,000 households in the province applied for the funds during the four days from 20th to the 23rd. Almost 9.5 billion won was paid to 91%, or 27,000 of the households that applied.

2. 코로나 긴급지원금, 내주부터 '방문 접수'

제주도가 지난 20일부터 온라인을 통해
코로나19에 따른
재난긴급생활지원금 신청을 받은 데 이어
이번주부터 읍면동주민센터를 통한 방문 접수도 시작합니다.

지원금 신청을 위해 주민센터를 방문할 경우
본인을 확인할 수 있는 주민등록증이나
운전면허증,
여권 같은 신분증을 지참해야 합니다.

방문 접수는 온라인 접수와 마찬가지로
출생연도 끝자리를 기준으로 5부제가 적용되며
토요일과
일요일에는 출생연도에 관계 없이
온라인으로 누구나 신청할 수 있습니다.

한편 지난 20일부터 23일까지 나흘 동안
도민 2만 9천여 세대가 지원금을 신청했으며
이 가운데 91%인 2만 7천여 세대에 94억 4천만 원이 지급됐습니다.
