1. Government provides emergency support funding to the vulnerable
Amounts will be from ￦0.4M to ￦1M

Seoul started distributing emergency support funding to vulnerable citizens from the 4th.

The Jeju provincial government distributed emergency support in cash to 33,000 households. These households are beneficiaries of either welfare, disability, or basic pensions.

Eligible citizens could check their accounts for the support funding after 5 p.m. on the 4th without any additional application or visits.

The remaining 262,000 households that are not categorized as vulnerable will be eligible to apply from the 11th.

Depending on the number of household members, the amount of financial support given per household will be between 400,000 won to 1 million won. It will be paid by credit, check card, or prepaid card.

1. 취약계층에 정부 긴급재난지원금 지급

정부의 긴급재난지원금이
4일부터 취약계층을 대상으로 지급되기 시작했습니다.

제주도는
생계급여나 기초·장애인연금 수급가구 가운데
세대주와
세대원 모두 수급자인 3만 3천여 가구에
정부차원의 재난지원금을 현금으로 지급한다고 밝혔습니다.

대상자는
별도의 신청이나 방문 없이
4일 오후 5시 이후 계좌에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

취약계층을 제외한 나머지 26만 2천여 가구는
오는 11일부터 신청이 가능합니다.

지급액은 가구원 수에 따라
최소 40만 원부터 100만원까지로,
신용·체크카드나 선불카드 등의 방식으로 지급됩니다.
