5. Nation's first pilot operation of 'Emotional Support for Students'
Separate spaces for students with difficulty controlling emotional behavior

For the first time in history, schools on Jeju Island will operate separate spaces for students who have difficulty controlling their emotional behavior.

The Provincial Office of Education is planning to build an emotional support space in five schools, including two elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school in the province.

The office of education is forming a task force team of experts from a variety of fields and proceeding with the design of the spaces for each school.

5. 전국 최초 '학교 정서지원공간' 시범 운영

제주도내 학교에
전국에서는 처음으로 정서 행동 조절에 어려움을 겪는 학생들을 위한
별도의 공간이 운영됩니다.

제주도교육청은
도내 초등학교 2곳과 중학교 2곳, 고등학교 1곳 등 모두 5개 학교에 정서지원 공간을 구축할 계획입니다.

이를 위해 각 분야별 전문가들로 구성된 태스크포스팀을 구성해
학교별 설계를 진행해 나가기로 했습니다.
