4. Preventative measures at tourist sites being carried out at high level
Province continues to ask tourists to wear masks

With the COVID 19 response system on Jeju Island being redesigned into a 'Distancing in Daily Life' policy, self-preventative measures are being carried out relatively well at tourist attractions in Jeju.

As a result of on-site guidance at 610 tourist hotels, amusement facilities, and campgrounds in the province, quarantine managers were designated at most facilities, and disinfection measures were carried out frequently at the sites.

However, some tourists were reported to have not worn masks at some tourist facilities.

The province plans to encourage tourists to wear masks and maintain the highest level of quarantine measures for tourist sites.

제주지역 관광지에서는
비교적 자율 방역이 잘 지켜지는 것으로 파악됐습니다.

제주도가
도내 관광호텔과 유원시설, 야영장 등 610군데를 현장 지도한 결과
대부분 시설에서 방역관리자를 지정하고
주기적으로
방역과 소독하는 것으로 나타났습니다.

다만 관광시설에서
마스크를 착용하지 않은 관광객들이 일부 발견되기도 했습니다.

제주도는
관광시설에서 마스크 착용을 유도하고
관광지에 대한 최상위 수준의
방역 태세를 유지해 나갈 방침입니다.
