This year's first heat-related illness has occurred in Jeju, redirecting attention to summer season health care.

A man in his 30s was working at a greenhouse in Seogwipo City on the afternoon of the 4th and was taken to Seogwipo Medical Center after showing symptoms of heatstroke.

This year’s first incident of heat-related illness has occurred about a week later than last year's first occurrence.
The province is encouraging residents to drink water regularly while doing manual labor as well as reducing physical activities in the afternoon hours, as temperatures are expected to be higher than normal this year.

기온 변화가 클 것으로 전망돼
온열질환자 발생이 우려됨에 따라

작업할 때는
규칙적으로 수분을 섭취하고
오후 시간에는 활동을 줄일 것을 부탁했습니다.
