5. Jeju City to reduce property tax of ‘Good Landlord’ participants
Landlords must have reduced tenant rent by more than 10% to be eligible

The Jeju City Municipal Office will reduce property taxes for rental business operators who have joined the ‘Good Landlord’ movement.

Eligible applicants are landlords who have cut tenants’ annual rent by more than 10%.

Property taxes will be reduced by up to 50%, depending on the scale of the amount of discounts that were offered by the landlord.

Landlords can apply at the Jeju City Municipal Office, or at local community centers. Property tax discounts will be applied to next month’s billing statement.

재산세를 최대 50%까지 감면 적용할 방침입니다.

제주시와 읍면동으로 신청하면 되며
다음 달 재산세 부과분에 적용될 예정입니다.
