5. Masks can be purchased freely from July 12
Supply and demand has stabilized

The public mask purchasing system will be annulled starting from the 12th. People will be able to purchase masks freely.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has made the decision, as the supply and demand for masks have been stabilized.

Hygiene masks can be purchased at various locations, including pharmacies, marts, and convenience stores without restrictions.

The public mask system has been in effect since the end of February due to a sudden surge in demand for masks.

12일부터 수량 상관없이 마스크 구매 가능

공적 마스크 제도가 오는 12일부터 폐지되고
수량에 상관없이 구매가 가능해집니다.

식품의약품안전처는
마스크 수급 안정화로 이같이 정했습니다.

이에 따라 보건용 마스크는
약국과 마트, 편의점, 온라인 등
다양한 판매처에서
누구나 자유롭게 수량 제한 없이 구매할 수 있게 됩니다.

공적 마스크 제도는
지난 2월 말 마스크 구매 대란으로 인해 도입됐습니다.
