6. Jeju only province in nation to report decline in apartment prices
Jeju City drops by 0.02%, Seogwipo City by 0.32%


Jeju is the only province in the country to experience a decline in apartment prices.

According to the Korea Appraisal Board, the nation's apartment prices rose 0.15 percent last week compared to the week before, but Jeju saw a 0.1 percent drop, marking the only decline in the country.

By region, Jeju City fell 0.02% and Seogwipo City by 0.32%.

Leasing prices for apartments also rose 0.13 percent on a national average last week compared to the week before, but Jeju saw a 0.07 percent drop.

6. 제주 아파트 값 전국서 유일하게 하락

제주지역 아파트 매매 가격이 전국에서 유일하게 하락했습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면
전국 아파트 매매가격은 지난주 대비 0.15% 상승했으나
제주는 0.1% 감소해
전국에서 유일하게 하락세를 보였습니다.

지역별로는 제주시가 0.02%,
서귀포시 0.32% 떨어진 것으로 조사됐습니다.

아파트 전세 가격도
전국 평균 지난 주 대비 0.13% 상승했으나
제주는 0.07% 감소했습니다.
