3. Stricter preventive measures for high-risk facilities
Violators can face fines of up to ￦3M, ban on gatherings

Amid the outbreak of COVID-19 at recreational bars in Jeju Island, stricter preventive measures will be applied, such as limiting the number of people allowed to enter, as well as implementing a time limit system.

Jeju Island announced that they will strengthen preventive measures at high-risk facilities, such as recreational bars, according to the guidelines of the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters.

The new policy will limit occupancy to one person per 4 square meters and also include a time limit system that will require an hour break after three hours of operation.

Pre-booking is also required during peak hours.

The provincial government will notify businesses on the island of the new policy that will impose fines of up to 3 million won or prohibiting gatherings in accordance with the Infectious Disease Prevention Act.

중앙재난안전대책본부로부터
유흥주점 등 감염 고위험시설에 대한 방역강화 지침이 시달됨에 따라 이를 적용해 시행한다고 밝혔습니다.

추가된 방역수칙은
시설 면적 4제곱미터당 이용인원을 1명으로 제한하고
3시간 운영한 뒤 1시간 휴식하는 시간제 운영 방안을 담았습니다.

이용객이 집중되는 시간대에는 사전예약제도 실시하도록 했습니다.

제주도는 양 행정시를 통해
업주들에게 이 같은 내용을 전파하도록 하고
위반할 경우
감염병 예방법에 따라
300만 원 이하 벌금을 부과하거나 집합금지 조치를 내릴 방침입니다.
