One to two typhoons to affect Jeju Island this fall
Typhoon Bavi expected to hit Jeju on 26th

One to two typhoons are expected to hit Jeju Island this fall.

According to the weather forecast for this fall released by the Jeju Regional Meteorological Administration, 11 to 13 typhoons are expected to occur between September and November. Out of these, one to two are expected to affect Korea, including Jeju.

Typhoon Bavi is expected to hit the island on the 26th.

Temperatures will be average, however, more rain is expected in September and October due to atmospheric instability and low pressure.

오는 9월과 11월 사이에 태풍이
11개에서 13개가 발생할 것으로 보이며
이 가운데 평년과 비슷하게
1~2개가
제주 등 우리나라에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상했습니다.

기온은 평년과 비슷하겠고
9월과 10월에는
대기 불안정과 발달한 저기압의 영향으로
평년보다
많은 비가 내릴 것으로 내다봤습니다.
