Mining and manufacturing industries on the rise in Jeju
Shipments, inventory, and sales index increase since 2019

The production and consumption of the mining and manufacturing industries in Jeju have increased.

According to the Jeju Honam Regional Statistics Office, production in Jeju in September increased 4.9% from last year, mainly for food, non-metallic minerals, and beverages.

Mining and industrial shipments increased by 8.4% and inventory increased by 18.1%, both compared to last year, and sales index of large retail stores also rose 2.8%, mainly for home appliances, food and beverages.

모두 증가한 것으로 나타났습니다.

호남지방통계청 제주사무소에 따르면
지난 9월 제주지역 광공업 생산은
식료품과 비금속광물, 음료를 중심으로
지난해보다 4.9% 증가했습니다.

광공업 출하는 지난해보다 8.4%,
재고는 18.1%씩 각각 늘었고,
대형소매점 판매액 지수도
가전제품과 음·식료품을 중심으로
2.8% 올랐습니다.
