Hotel Site in Hwabuk Commercial Area remains unsold
Jeju City to hold additional bids on Nov. 18

The hotel site in the Hwabuk Commercial Area in Jeju City has failed to be auctioned off.

Jeju City decided on a successful bidder during the fourth sale of the Urban Development Project District of the Hwabuk Commercial Area on the 4th.

As a result, one general commercial lot and one apartment unit in a replotted lot were sold, however the hotel site remained unsold due to the lack of bidders.

Jeju City is planning to hold additional bids on the 18th, but if there is no bidder for the hotel site, a change in the development plan is inevitable.

제주시 화북상업지역 호텔용지 매각이 또 유찰됐습니다.

제주시는 지난 4일
화북상업지역 도시개발사업지구 내 체비지 4차 매각에 따른
낙찰자를 결정했습니다.

그 결과 일반상업용지 1필지와 입체환지 아파트 1호가 낙찰됐고, 호텔용지는 응찰자가 없어 유찰됐습니다.

제주시는 오는 18일 추가 입찰을 진행할 예정이지만
호텔용지 응찰자가 나타나지 않을 경우
개발계획 변경이 불가피해지고 있습니다.
