Social distancing extended for 2 weeks until the 17th
Policy enhanced to restrict more types of businesses

The provincial government has decided to extend social distancing for another two weeks until the 17th.

The province announced that the possibility of group infection remains even with the downward trend of cases, so the decision was made to adhere to the central government’s policy to dampen further infections.

As a result, restrictions on private gatherings of more than four people will be maintained and existing quarantine measures will be extended.

The restrictions originally applied to five categories of businesses along with bath houses, but the local government has decided to expand the policy to include hold'em pubs and party rooms by designating them as intensive management facilities.

Kids cafes will also be required to limit the number of customers and ban food consumption within the facility.

In addition, the enhanced policy requires apartment complexes to shut down all amenities, traditional markets to ban taste-testing, and community centers to cease all lectures.

However, public cultural and tourism facilities and parks will be reopened with a limit of 30% capacity.

Accommodation facilities, which were limited to a maximum of 50% capacity, also received some good news and were given the green light to check in up to two-thirds of their capacity.

최근 확진자 발생 추세가 감소하고 있지만
여전히 집단 감염의 가능성이 남아 있고
확산 추세를 확실히 꺾을 수 있는
분수령이 될 수 있는 만큼
정부 정책에 맞춰 이같이 결정했다고 밝혔습니다.

이에 따라 현재 진행중인 5인 이상 사적 모임 제한이 유지되고
기존 특별방역 대책 적용이 연장됩니다.

특히 유흥시설 5종과 목욕장뿐 아니라
홀덤펍과 파티룸도
중점관리 시설로 지정해 집합금지 조치를 적용하기로 했습니다.

이와 함께 키즈카페에서도
인원 제한과 음식물 섭취 금지 등의 방역수칙이 적용되고,

아파트 내
복합 편의시설 운영 중단,
전통시장에서의 시식이나 시음 금지,
읍면동 주민센터 문화교육 강좌 등의 프로그램을 중단하기로 했습니다.

다만 국 공립 문화.관광시설과 공원은
수용 인원의 30% 이하로 재개할 방침입니다.

또 객실의 50% 이내로 숙박.예약 인원을 제한했던
숙박시설의 경우
3분의 2 이내로 조정돼 적용하기로 했습니다.
