144 landowners of Yerae complex win land claims lawsuit
JDC will appeal ruling

Landowners of the Yerae recreational residential complex have won another land claims lawsuit filed against JDC.

The Jeju District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed by 144 landowners to cancel the registration of ownership transfer.

In a follow-up announcement, JDC has said that they plan on appealing against the ruling.

The Supreme Court first ruled in 2015 invalidating the Yerae complex project disposition and later the Jeju District Court also ruled in favor of a landowner for the first time in January 2018.

4. 예래단지 토지주 144명 토지반환 소송 승소

예래휴양형주거단지 토지주들이
JDC를 상대로 제기한 토지반환 소송에서 또 승소했습니다.

제주지방법원 제2민사부는
토지주 144명이 제기한 소유권 이전 등기 말소 청구 소송에서
원고 승소 판결을 내렸습니다.

JDC는 이번 판결에 불복해 항소하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

한편 지난 2015년 예래단지사업 인가처분이 무효라는
대법원 판결 이후
지난 2018년 1월 토지주 1명이 처음 승소 판결을 받았습니다.
