Jeju the only province nationwide to report falling land prices
Seogwipo City records largest drop in nation

Jeju Province is the only province among 17 cities and provinces nationwide to report falling land prices.

According to data released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the national land price index recorded an increase for 122 consecutive months and reported a 0.34% increase in December last year, while Jeju Island, on the other hand, reported a drop of 0.16%.

By administrative city, Seogwipo City recorded the largest drop in the nation at 0.282%, and Jeju City recorded the third highest drop at 0.082%.

전국에서 하락폭이 가장 컸고
제주시가 -0.082%로 세번째를 기록했습니다.
