Social distancing level 2 extended by 2 weeks
Provincial government will reexamine social distancing levels next week

Social distancing level two will be extended in Jeju until the 14th.

According to Seoul's guidelines, Seoul and the metropolitan area will maintain social distancing level 2.5 while other regions will remain at social distancing level 2 until February 14th.

Thus, five or more people are not allowed to gather during Lunar New Year holidays. Other restrictions will also be in effect.

However, the province will reexamine social distancing levels next week according to the trend of COVID-19 cases nationwide.

제주형 사회적 거리두기 2단계가
설 연휴가 끝날 때까지
앞으로 2주 더 연장됩니다.

제주도는 수도권 거리두기 2.5단계,
비수도권은 2단계를 유지한다는 정부 방침에 따라
당초 오늘(31)까지 적용할 예정이던
제주형 거리두기 2단계를
다음달(2월) 14일까지 시행한다고 밝혔습니다.

이에따라 설 연휴 기간에도
직계 가족이라 하더라도
동거 가족 외에는 5명 이상 모일 수 없게 됩니다.

이 밖에 5명 이상 사적 모임 금지나
마스크 착용 의무화,
식당과 카페 등에서 9시 이후 포장 또는 배달만 허용하는
기존의 방역 조치도 2주간 그대로 유지됩니다.

제주도는 현행 거리두기 단계와 방역조치를 우선 유지한 후
1주일 뒤 전국 확진자 양상에 따라 재판단 하기로 했습니다.
