PoE expands support for school field trips to non-standardized high schools
Students to receive ￦400,000 a year

Starting this year, financial support for high school field trips will be expanded to non-standardized general high schools.

According to the Jeju Provincial Office of Education, following last year's support for vocational high school students, all students at non-standardized high schools will receive 400,000 won a year for school trip expenses.

Only low-income and multi-child families are currently eligible for support at standardized general high schools, and education authorities are considering expanding the support to include all students at general high schools starting next year.

올해 비평준화 일반고 모든 학생들이
연 40만원의 수학여행비를 지원받습니다.

특히, 지난해 코로나19로 수학여행을 가지 못한 학년이
올해 수학여행을 가더라도 여행비가 지원됩니다.

평준화 일반고의 경우
현재 저소득가정과 다자녀가정 학생들에게만 지원되고 있는데
교육당국은 내년부터 일반고 모든 학생까지
확대 지급을 검토중입니다.
