Jeju housing market slumping
Local Housing Sales Survey Index stands 20 points lower than national average

Jeju’s housing market is looking slump, while the nations’ housing market continues to show an upswing.

According to the Korea Housing Institute, the Housing Sales Survey Index(HSSI) of Jeju stood at 68.7 for this month. This is a 13.6 points decrease compared to the previous month.

In particular, this figure is more than 20 points lower than the national average.

The expected sales rate of Jeju for this month is 73.6 which falls below the national average of 82.4. This figure illustrates a serious concern over unsold houses.

여전히 미분양 우려가 큰 것으로 나타났습니다.
