Jeju begins rolling out Pfizer vaccines for medical staff
First round of inoculation of medical staff to finish by the 19th

Jeju has begun rolling out Pfizer vaccines for medical staff at infectious disease hospitals in Jeju.

Since the morning of the 16th, vaccinations have been carried out for essential medical personnel at Jeju National University Hospital, Jeju Medical Center, and Seogwipo Medical Center.

Among the medical staff in charge of infectious diseases, 1,766 people agreed to receive the Pfizer vaccination.

Each hospital has formed a vaccination team. The first round of vaccinations for medical staff is expected to finish by the 19th.

Meanwhile, 299 vials of the Pfizer vaccine arrived at Jeju Port on the 15th, which will cover for vaccinations of up to 1,700 people.

도내 감염병 전담 의료진 가운데
화이자 백신 접종에 동의한 인원은 모두 1766명으로,

각 병원은 예방접종팀을 구성해
19일까지 의료진에 대한 1차 백신 접종을 마무리 할 계획입니다.

한편, 15일 제주항을 통해
제주 지역으로 들어온 화이자 백신은 299바이알로
1천 7백여 명이 접종할 수 있는 분량입니다.
