Seoul reports 19.08% increase in declared value of real estate nationwide

Governor Won Hee-ryong called for a full reinvestigation into declared values of the local real estate.

Governor Won criticized the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for the lack of basis for calculation, stating that Seoul has announced the largest-ever increase in declared value of 19.08% nationwide.

He added that according to a survey of the Jeju’s price verification center, the official price of housing announced by the National Government in January had flaws and he stressed the need to conduct a full investigation.

Last year, Jeju Island found 43 errors from 439 official housing prices and stated that values of at least 1,100 houses would be distorted.

산정 근거도 제시되지 않은
깜깜이 가격이라고 비판했습니다.

제주도 공시가격 검증센터 조사에 의하면
지난 1월 정부가 발표한 표준주택 공시가격은 오류투성이었다며
전국 지자체가
전면 실태조사에 나서야한다고 주장했습니다.

제주도는 지난해 439개의 표준주택 공시가격을 검증한 결과
47개의 오류가 발견됐고
이같은 오류로
공시가격이 왜곡된 개별주택은
최소 1천 100여 개에 달한다고 밝혔습니다.
