Jeju to designate international real estate agencies
Agencies to support foreign customers

The provincial government will designate real estate agencies to provide services exclusively for foreigners.

Applicants must have operated real estate agencies in Jeju for more than a year and must be able to translate foreign languages in either English, Chinese, or Japanese.

The designation of the international real estate office will be carried out through the recommendation made by the Korea Association of Realtors and an 'International Real Estate Brokerage Office Designation Certificate' will be awarded to the ones chosen.

Jeju Island is planning to introduce the designated real estate companies through the foreign language information website.


4. 외국인 위한 '국제 부동산 중개사무소' 운영

제주특별자치도가
외국인을 위한 글로벌 부동산 중개사무소를 지정해 운영합니다.

대상은
제주에서 1년 이상 부동산 중개업을 운영 중인 대표 가운데
영어나 중국어, 일본어 등
외국어 통역이 가능해야 합니다.

공인중개사협회의 추천에 의해 지정되며
'국제 부동산 중개사무소 지정증'이 수여됩니다.

외국어 안내 홈페이지를 통해 소개할 예정입니다.
