57 development sites under environmental inspection
Inspection on implementation of assessment consultations

The province will create and operate an environmental impact assessment follow-up investigation team to minimize environmental damage caused by various development projects.

57 businesses are subject to a follow-up investigation this year, including 4 golf courses and 25 tourism development projects.

The investigation team includes university professors, environmental organizations, and local representatives. They will assess the implementation of the environmental impact assessment consultations.

Implementation orders and fines will be imposed on violators.

제주도가 각종 개발사업으로 인한 환경훼손을 최소화하기 위해
환경영향평가 사후관리조사단을 운영합니다.

올해 사후관리대상 사업장은 57개소로
골프장 4개소, 관광개발사업 25개소 등입니다.

사후관리조사단에는
대학교수와 환경단체, 지역주민 대표 등이 참여하며
환경영향평가 협의내용 이행실태 등을 점검할 예정입니다.

위반 사업장에 대해서는 조치이행명령과 과태료가 부과됩니다.
