Special event of recycling rewards to be held on every 4th Sunday
10 standard plastic bags will be provided for 1 kg of recyclable waste

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is implementing a compensation system that gives out one standard plastic garbage bag in return for 1kg of recyclable waste.

In addition from April, a special event will be held on the fourth Sunday of every month and on the anniversary of World Environmental Day and Earth Day.

On the special event days, 10 standard garbage bags will be provided for 1 kg of recyclable waste on the fourth Sunday of every month, on Earth Day which is April 22, and on the World Environmental Day, June 5.

Those with more than 2kg of recyclable waste can get one additional garbage bag per 1 kilogram of recyclables, and each person can receive a maximum of 15 bags per day.

The recyclable waste includes waste batteries, cans, paper cartons, and plastic bottles.

환경관련 기념일마다 특별행사를 진행합니다.

매달 넷째주 일요일과
환경관련 기념일인 지구의 날 4월 22일,
환경의 날인 6월 5일에는
재활용 1kg에 종량제 봉투 10매를 지급합니다.

2kg부터 1장씩 더 받을 수 있으며
1인 1일 최대 15매까지 보상받을 수 있습니다.

대상 재활용 쓰레기는
폐건전지와 캔, 종이팩, 폐트병 등 4개 품목입니다.
