Seogwipo City will implement an online self-inspection system for real estate brokerage offices from next month.

The online self-inspection system is a method in which brokerage offices access the Seogwipo City Hall website and inspect themselves.

28 items are to be checked in the assessment, including posting brokerage office registration certificates, preserving signed contracts, and displaying false signs or advertisements.

Seogwipo City plans to conduct on-site inspections for brokerage offices that did not participate in the self-check inspections or places where complaints often occur.

서귀포시는
자율점검에 참여하지 않은 중개사무소나
민원이 자주 발생하는 곳 등에 대해서는
현장 점검도 병행할 계획입니다.
