Lottery winners reselling purchase rights
Resale prices found to be ￦20M - ￦30M higher than pre-sale prices

Approximately 10% of the housing lottery winners of the Central Park Apartment in Yeon-dong, Jeju City, which had a competition rate of up to 50 to 1, resold their purchase rights.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, 21 out of 204 units from the two Central Park complexes in Jeju City were resold.

The resale price was found to be 20 to 30 million won more than the original pre-sale price on average.

It has been confirmed that 17 units of ‘The First-Hanil Verace’ apartment in Yeon-dong, where a total of 112 units were supplied, have been resold.

분양권을 전매한 것으로 나타났습니다.

국토교통부에 따르면
제주시 연동 센트럴파크 2개 단지 204세대 가운데
분양권 전매가 이뤄진 경우는 21세대로 나타났습니다.

거래금액은 당초 분양가를 감안하면
평균 2천에서 3천만원의 웃돈이 붙은 것으로 조사됐습니다.

앞서 112세대가 공급된 제주시 연동 한일베라체 더 퍼스트도
현재까지 17세대가 전매된 것으로 확인됐습니다.
