Almost 100,000 locals vaccinated with first dose in Jeju
14.4% of islanders receive 1st dose of vaccine

Almost 100,000 people have received their first round of COVID-19 vaccinations in Jeju.

According to the Province, around 1,381 COVID-19 vaccinations were carried on the 5th amounting to 1,248 receiving their first doses, and 133 receiving their second doses.

As a result, the cumulative number of vaccinated people increased to 97,203 for the first round of vaccinations and 28,161 for the second round, as of the 5th.

Those who have received their first round of vaccinations make up around 14.4% of province's population and those who have received their second round take up about 7%.

Meanwhile, the reservation rate for vaccinations by those eligible for vaccination in May and June in Jeju reached 81.1%, slightly higher than the national average of 80.7%.


1. 제주 코로나 백신 1차 접종 인원 10만명 육박

제주지역 코로나19 백신 1차 접종 인원이 10만명에 육박하고 있습니다.

제주특별자치도에 따르면 3일 하루 코로나 백신 접종인원은 5천 300여명으로
1차 5천 203명, 2차는 118명인 것으로 집계됐습니다.

이에따라 누적인원은 1차 접종의 경우 9만 1천 200여명,
2차 접종은 2만 7천여명으로 늘어났습니다.

인구수 대비로는 1차가 13.5%, 2차는 4.8%를 보이고 있습니다.
한편 제주지역 5~6월 접종 대상자의 예약률은 81.1%로
전국 평균 80.7%에 비해 조금 높게 나타나고 있습니다.
