Remote classes extended until June 27
School with less than 400 students allowed to choose total attendance

The Jeju Provincial Office of Education announced that remote classes will be extended until the 27th.

Accordingly, only one third of the students in elementary schools with more than 600 students and middle schools with more than 500 students will continue to hold classes offline.

Up to two-thirds of the student population in high schools with more than 500 students and all students in elementary and secondary schools with fewer than 400 students will be able to attend offline classes.

Special schools will decide whether to conduct remote classes after consulting with the Office of Education.

Superintendent Lee Seok-moon urged residents to actively participate in getting vaccinated and to comply with quarantine rules.

제주도가 사회적 거리두기 2단계를 유지하기로 한 가운데 제주도교육청이
학교 원격수업 조치를 27일까지 연장 합니다.

이에 따라 학생 수가 6백 명이 넘는 초등학교와
재학생 5백명 이상인 중학교는
3분의 1 등교 수업을 계속해서 진행합니다.

500명 이상인 고등학교는 3분의 2까지 등교할 수 있으며
400명 이하 초중고등학교는 전체 등교를 실시합니다.

특수학교는
교육청과 협의를 통해
원격 수업 실시 여부를 결정하기로 했습니다.

방역 수칙 준수와 백신 접종에 적극 동참해달라고 당부했습니다.
