JDC to proceed urban development project on Yerae complex site
JDC plans to utilize existing infrastructure

The Jeju Free International City Development Center announced its plan to promote urban development projects on the site of the stranded Yerae Recreational Residential Complex project.

At the Jeju Forum held on the 25th, the JDC said it is inevitable to prepare an alternative plan in order to utilize the infrastructure already installed on the site, adding that an urban development project is the most realistic approach to utilize the existing infrastructure.

They explained that they are considering various alternatives, including the option of purchasing all of the land in the complex, land substitution as well as other alternatives.

JDC는 25일 열린 제주포럼에서
예래단지 부지에
이미 설치된 인프라를 활용하기 위해 대안 마련이 불가피하다며
도시개발사업은 기존 인프라를 활용하는
가장 현실적인 방안이라고 언급했습니다.

또 단지 내 모든 토지를
보상금을 주고 사들이는 사용수용방식과
환지방식 등 여러 대안을 검토하고 있다고 설명했습니다.
