JDC extends rent reduction period for tenant businesses
Rental reduction period to last until December

The Jeju Free International City Development Center will extend the rent reduction period for enterprises at the Jeju Science Park by 6 months until December of this year, following the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.

The companies eligible for the reduction or exemption are those located at Elite buildings, Smart buildings, and Semiyang buildings within the park that JDC is directly operating and renting out.

70 companies will receive support for an additional six months, and the total amount of rent support they will receive will be up to 280 million won for the duration of 22 months.

Since March of last year, JDC has participated in the Good Landlord Movement to help companies overcome the crisis.




5. JDC, 입주기업 임대료 감면 12월까지 연장

제주국제자유도시개발센터가 코로나19 장기화에 따라
첨단과학기술단지 내 입주기업 임대료 감면기간을
지난해에 이어 올해 12월까지 6개월 연장합니다.

감면 대상은 JDC가 직접 임대 중인 첨단과기단지 내 엘리트빌딩과 스마트빌딩, 세미양빌딩에 입주한 기업입니다.

이번 임대료 감면기간 연장으로
70개 사가 6개월 간 추가로 지원 혜택을 받게 돼
모두 22개월의 임대료 2억8천만원을 지원받게 됩니다.

JDC는 지난해 3월부터 첨단과기단지 입주기업의 위기 극복을 위해
착한 임대인 운동에 동참한 바 있습니다.
