Fate of Ora Tourism Complex project to be decided within August
Province to review updated business plan

A decision will be made soon on whether or not to resume the Ora Tourism Complex Development Project that was put on hold last year.

According to the province, the operator is planning to submit a revised business plan within the month.

The province said that the development review committee plans to review the updated business plan if submitted.

The Jeju Island Development Project Review Committee requested the operator to revise the business plan last year, emphasizing that the financing method and profitability were not realistic.

제주도 개발사업심의위원회는
지난해 오라관광단지 개발사업에 대해
재원 조달이나 수익 사업 등이 현실성이 떨어진다며
사업자 측에 사업계획 재수정을 요구했습니다.
