Units of unsold houses decline
Reaching below 1,000 units for the first time in 46 months

The number of unsold homes in the province fell below 1,000 units for the first time in four years.

According to the unsold housing statistics in June released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, 987 housing units were unsold in Jeju.

It is the first time in 46 months since August 2017 that the number of unsold homes fell below 1,000 units.

By region, there were more unsold housing units in Seogwipo, with 548 units in Seogwipo city and 439 units in Jeju City.

On the other hand, 821 units, or 83% were unsold even after completing construction.


5. 미분양주택 1천호 아래로 감소…46개월만

제주지역 미분양주택이
4년 만에 1천호 아래로 떨어졌습니다.

국토교통부가 발표한
6월 미분양주택 통계에 따르면,
도내 미분양주택은 987호로 집계됐습니다.

미분양주택이 1천호 아래로 떨어진 것은
2017년 8월 이후 46개월 만입니다.

지역별로는 제주시 439호,
서귀포시 548호로
서귀포에 미분양주택이 더 많았습니다.

한편 준공된 뒤에도 주인을 찾지 못한
악성 미분양은 83%에 해당하는 821호로 집계됐습니다.
