Jeju City Municipal Office is strengthening measures to protect local housing cooperative members. This aims to prevent poor management and protect the rights of housing cooperative members.

The measures include shutting off demand of excessive cancellation fees, guaranteeing rights to know before establishing an association
and prohibiting transfers of additional agency fees on cooperative members.

The provincial government will conduct an inspection once a month and violators will face intensive administrative measures.
