The Jeju Province Development Corporation(JPDC) is looking for tenants for 114 public rental housing units in Geonip-dong.

Applications will be accepted from September 27th through the 30th by registered mail due to COVID-19. Aged people and housing benefit recipients who made pre-reservations can make on-site applications.

Tenants will be selected by lottery and those selected will be announced in January of next year

Those selected will be able to move in April of next year and monthly rental fees will be from 140,000 to 245,000 won depending on the area of units.

제주개발공사가 건입동에 144세대 규모로 건설중인
공공임대주택 입주자와 예비입주자를 모집합니다.

입주자 모집은
코로나19로 오는 27일부터 30일까지 나흘간 등기우편으로
진행되며
사전 예약한 고령자와 주거급여 수급자에 대해서는
현장접수가 이뤄집니다.

입주자는 추첨을 통해 내년 1월 발표될 예정입니다.

입주는 내년 4월로
임대료는 공급 면적별로 월 14만원에서 24만 5천원 정도로
결정될 예정입니다.
