The Jeju District Court judged that a restriction on rental car operation in Udo Island does not have any problems. The restriction has been extended until the end of July of 2022.

A company that rents two-wheeled vehicles submitted an application for revoking the restriction, stating that the restriction on rental car operation is unfair. However, the court rejected the application.

The court said that although the petitioner claimed that they are suffering huge loss due to the restriction, It is hard to acknowledge any need to suspend the restriction urgently.

Meanwhile, another lawsuit on the merits of the restriction between the province and a company is ongoing.
