Training for 4·3 Incident instructors
POE to deliver training for teachers

The Provincial Office of Education is planning to educate teachers at local schools on historical sites and testimony records of the April 3rd Incident.

The POE will operate a training program for
18 local teachers under the name of
“April 3rd Peace and Human Rights”
through the end of the year.

Through a total of three training sessions,
trainees will conduct a field investigation
of April 3rd historic sites
and learn how to record testimonies
and inspect historic sites.

After completion of the training program,
trainees will be certified as expert instructors
of the April 3rd Incident and may offer education
on the incident to students and teachers.

제주도교육청이
도내 교원들을 4.3 유적지 해설과 증언 채록 전문 강사로
양성합니다.

교육청은
도내 교원 18명을 대상으로
연말까지 '4.3 평화 인권교육'
전문가 연수 프로그램을 진행할 예정입니다.

세 차례 연수를 통해
4.3 유적지 현장 답사와,
증언 채록, 유적지 조사 방법 등을
배우게 됩니다.

교육을 수료하면
4.3 교육과 전국 교사 연수 등에서
4.3 전문 강사로 활동합니다.
