Jeoji Cultural District calls for artists
Recruiting artists in resident and culture facilities

The provincial government will recruit cultural facilities and artists that will move into the Jeoji Cultural District in Hangyeong-myeon to promote the district.

Applicants must have plans to create cultural facilities
and can be either individual, corporations, or organizations.
Selected applicants must start construction
within a year after land purchase
and must maintain its purpose
as stipulated in its business plan for more than 10 years.

The application period will be through the 22nd
and successful applicants will be selected in December
after a screening process by a review committee.

Currently Jeoji district has 33 residence who operate cultural facilities
and 7 artists in residents are in the works to develop cultural facilities in the district.


저지문화지구 입주 문화시설·예술인 공모

제주도가 한경면 저지문화지구 활성화를 위해
입주할 문화시설과 예술인을 공모합니다.

공모 대상은 문화시설을 조성할 계획이 있는 개인이나 법인, 단체로 부지를 매입하고 1년 이내에 공사 착공과 10년 이상 사업계획에 정해진 용도로 사용해야 합니다.

공모 기간은 오는 22일까지로 심사위원회 심사를 거쳐 12월 대상자가 선정될 예정입니다.

저지 문화지구에는 현재 33명이 입주해 문화시설을 운영하고 있으며
7명의 예술인들이 문화시설 조성을 추진하고 있습니다.
